C. No Refund After three (3) Days:
If, for any reason, the Learner withdraws after the initial three (3) day review period, the Learner is not released from the Learner’s obligation to pay the Program price and fees in full and the Learner is not entitled to any refund from KIP Network.
D. Materials:
Before receiving any refunds under subsections (A) or (B), the Learner must first return any and all training materials and supplies the Learner may have received from KIP Network.
